Figurewise

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the financial reporting services provided by Figurewise ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our service, you ("you" or "your") agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Figurewise connects to the accounting, point-of-sale, and payment systems you authorize, and uses the data from them to build and maintain an automated financial reporting dashboard and periodic summaries for your business. The specific scope of your engagement is set out in the agreement or proposal we provide to you.

2. Read-only access

You grant Figurewise read-only access to your connected systems through each provider's secure authorization process. We do not create, edit, or delete records in your systems. You may revoke access at any time through the relevant provider.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Not financial, legal, or tax advice

Figurewise provides reporting, visualization, and summaries of your business data. Our dashboards and summaries are informational tools. They do not constitute financial, accounting, investment, legal, or tax advice, and they do not replace a qualified accountant, bookkeeper, CPA, or advisor. You are solely responsible for the business and financial decisions you make. We recommend consulting appropriate professionals for advice specific to your situation.

5. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep your dashboard accurate and up to date, and we indicate when data was last refreshed. However, data flows depend on third-party systems and connections that we do not control, and there may be delays, gaps, or errors originating from those sources. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and figures should be verified against your source systems before being relied upon for significant decisions.

6. Fees

Fees for setup and any ongoing service are as stated in the agreement or proposal provided to you. Recurring services continue until cancelled as described in that agreement.

7. Confidentiality

We treat your business data as confidential and handle it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data or disclose one client's data to another.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figurewise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the reporting we provide. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement as described in your agreement. On termination, we will cease accessing your systems, and you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients, and the "last updated" date above will be revised.
